At Beacon Children's Center, we respect your privacy and provide transparent mechanisms to permanently delete your personal and health data.
Data Scope & Impact
A full account deletion permanently removes the user and all linked child data from the Beacon mHealth cloud database. This process is irreversible and includes the following categories:
Personal Information
- Full Name & Display Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Account Credentials
Child Profiles & Health
- Health records & Growth charts
- Vaccination history
- Milestone trackers
- Appointment history
Notice on Local Data
Certain data points like the **Teething Tracker** and **Baby's Firsts Journal** are stored locally on your device for privacy. These can be deleted directly within the mobile app interface.
How to Request Deletion
1Via Mobile App
The fastest way to delete your data is through the app. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account for instant processing.
2Email Request
Alternatively, email us from your registered address:
beaconchildrencenter@gmail.comSubject: "Account Deletion Request"
Data Retention Policy
Once a request is processed, data is permanently deleted from our active production database. Backups are purged according to our standard 30-day cycle.
* Note: Medical consultation records are retained for a period as required by the Ministry of Health legal/medical compliance guidelines.
